MIKE MUMFORD
Mike Mumford serves as CEO and owner of TWG and spearheads our sales and leadership efforts while nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Mike leads by fusing the strengths of a strategic consulting firm with the power and depth of a best-in-class recruiting and talent acquisition organization. Mike joined TWG as Chief Executive Officer in November of 2023 and has been a member of TWG's advisory board for several years.
Mike leads with an entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative approach that challenges each person he encounters to innovate in order to find success. Mike encourages autonomy, creativity, opportunistic vigilance and independent thinking across the board. Mike will continue in his role as owner and founder of Hire Road, which he started in 2013.

MISSY MCCLELLAN
Missy McClellan serves as President and owner of TWG and spearheads our recruitment and leadership efforts while sustaining relationships with existing and prospective clients. Missy has over 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry and specializes in retained Executive Recruitment. Since joining TWG in 2006, Missy has been responsible for search assignments across the entire enterprise in the 29 different industry segments TWG services.
Prior to joining TWG, Missy specialized in the recruitment of IT, Engineering, and Finance professionals. She has both agency and in-house corporate staffing experience that spans various industries, levels and functional areas across the business enterprise. Missy received a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University.

HEATHER BURROWS
Heather Burrows brings a wealth of experience and dedication to TWG, where she has been applying her expertise since 2025 as the leader of our client services division. She oversees payroll, accounting, benefits, and Human Resources. Heather has set the standard for exceptional client service, managing client interactions, transactions, and critical documentation while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Before joining TWG, Heather was an integral part of Hire Road from 2020 onward, working closely with Mike Mumford. There, she established herself as the backbone of administrative and operational support.
BRUCE WOODMANSEE
Bruce Woodmansee is the former Chairman and Founder of The Woodmansee Group, LLC. After building the firm into a trusted retained executive search company with a national client base, Bruce has transitioned ownership of the business to Missy and Mike, who now lead the next chapter of the organization’s continued growth and success.
An entrepreneur, executive search consultant, and human resources leader, Bruce’s career spans more than forty years in dynamic, high-growth organizations. His vision established The Woodmansee Group as a flexible, client-focused, pragmatic, and results-oriented firm known for delivering strategic talent solutions.
Since founding the company in 1991, Bruce helped grow The Woodmansee Group into a respected executive search partner serving organizations ranging from $10 million to $90 billion in annual revenue across 20 industries. The firm has successfully completed more than 100 searches in a single calendar year for professional and executive roles, including C-suite positions, with clients ranging from emerging businesses to Fortune 50 companies throughout the United States.
Prior to launching The Woodmansee Group, Bruce held a variety of senior leadership positions in human resources with Ford Motor Company, Hayes-Albion Corporation, Clark Equipment Company, White Motor Corporation, NL Industries, ECOLAB, and Federated Department Stores, where he served as Vice President of Personnel and a Corporate Officer.
Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
He also serves as co-chair of the Callard/Woodmansee Foundation (Katy’s Youth Fund), which supports youth, education, development, and well-being outside of public schools and government programs. In addition, Bruce previously served on the advisory board of Proof Research and as an officer and board member of The Callard Company, an international marketing and advertising firm with offices across the United States, London, and São Paulo, Brazil.
