TWG LEADERSHIP PROFILES

Bruce Woodmansee, President of TWG, has a broad business background with extensive Executive Search and Human Resources experience.

Prior to establishing TWG, Mr. Woodmansee held several senior level executive positions, culminating with Federated Department Stores where he was Vice President Personnel and a Corporate Officer. Additionally Mr. Woodmansee has held professional or executive positions with: Ford Motor Company, Hayes-Albion Corporation, White Motor Corporation, NL Industries, Clark Equipment Company and ECOLAB.

A native of Ohio, Mr. Woodmansee received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.

Carole W. Tomko, an Executive Vice President and Partner in The Woodmansee Group, is a licensed attorney with a career spanning over twenty years in rapidly growing, organizationally dynamic corporations. Ms. Tomko brings logic, pragmatism and focus to help and support rapidly growing, dynamic and/or organizationally challenged public, private and not for profit companies.

Prior to engaging in her executive search practice, Ms. Tomko held a variety of critical Human Resource leadership positions with Federated Department Stores, The Standard Register Company, and The Chemlawn Corporation. Her corporate career culminated at Cardinal Health Inc. where she held the senior Human Resources role from early 1990 through the summer of 1999. During her Cardinal Health tenure she was responsible for all facets of the human resources function.

Ms. Tomko is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law and has a BA in sociology from the University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences.

Ms. Tomko sits on the not-for-profit board of Material Assistance Providers, where she served for two years as Board Chair. Additionally, she serves as a Board member for Aphios, a Boston-based Biotechnology firm.

Robert Eimers, Ph D, joined The Woodmansee Group in early 2009 after 30 years in human resource management, organization development, executive assessment and acquisition integration. He is a recognized expert in the evaluation and development of both people and organizations.

Before joining TWG, he served as Executive Director and EVP, Global Human Resources for Enodis Corporation. Bob joined Enodis in 1999 via their acquisition of Scotsman Industries. At both Scotsman and Enodis, he installed world class staffing, succession planning and performance management systems, along with bottom-line oriented human resource management strategies. Prior to joining Scotsman, Bob was the senior human resources officer for: Household International, Sonoco Products Company and Service Merchandise.

Before joining the corporate world, Bob was a successful management consultant, specializing in psychological assessments of executives and managers. His in depth experience across industry segments has allowed Bob to develop a deep and broad understanding of the factors which influence individual and organizational performance. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in 1970 and earned his Doctor of Psychology from the University of Rochester in 1978.
